Product Returns:  (Claim must be made within 3 days of date shipment is recieved)

 If you have customer  dissatisfied with there purchase and need to return it you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the purchase. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This RMA number must be included with the returned package. Packages returned without a return authorization issued will be refused.

 Customer pays return freight for non defective items. All original item pieces, item packaging, including the original box the item came in and all paperwork must be returned and items must be in new condtion for resale ( I would suggest not to except returns on items not still in orginal shrink wrap). We will either issue a store credit for purchase price or replace it. (All Shipping charges are Non-Refundable)

 

Product Warranties: (Claim must be made within 3 days of date shipment is recieved)

If a customer  receives a defective item or the item is missing parts, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case by case basis, in most cases the item will need to returned to determine if item has a factory defect or user defect. Return shipping is responsibility of the customer.

Product Damages: (Claim must be made within 3days of date shipment is recieved)

We fully insure all packages that ship via UPS. If you receive a damaged or broken item that shipped via UPS contact us within 3 days. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Upon settlement of the claim by UPS, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You must keep all original packaging materials, including the original shipping box for a period of 20 days after contacting us.

Insurance on USPS Priority shipments is not available. We recommend UPS since the insurance costs are built into their shipping fees. UPS shipments are shipping fully insured against loss or damage. USPS Priority shipments are not insured.

International Shipping Policy:

International shipments are not guranteed/warranted in any way shape or form, we only promise to ship item from our location and provide shipping confirmation. Items under 200.00 are marked to abandon items 201.00 and above are marked for return, if return does occur it will be processed at customers expense if returned shipping fees are not paid I reserve the right to resale items to reclaim shipping expense.
