Within 3 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in
new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories for a Full Product Refund or Replacement by contacting us by email and obtaing a RMA Number, at this time we also may attempt to trouble shoot issue and determine if we can make adjustments.
We do not refund any shipping charges. Items that are used, not
in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition are
subject to a minimum 20 percent (20%) restocking fee.Some items are covered by Factory Warranty and will need to be processed thru respective manfacture, if this is the case we will handle on a case by case basis. All Shipping expenses are the responsibility of Buyer, This may include re-shipments to get items covered by factory warranty. If you just want to exchange an item, please indicate that in your intail RMA request email.
All the exchanges and refunds will be processed within 1 week from the moment we receive all the item(s) back.
Please include copy of your RMA email request along with order number.
Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, write RMA # on outside of package and ship back by FedEx only to the following address:
